Audience: Mainly Non-commissioned security officers in the State of Texas (Level 2) who are new to Tre-Tex Security Company's team, however, any person wishing to pursue non-commissioned security officer certification could also take this training before their state mandated training is finished.
Business problem: New hires currently lack structured onboarding that prepares them for client-facing responsibilities. Without consistent training, recruits may feel underprepared, leading to reduced confidence and inconsistent service delivery. This onboarding program is designed to equip new recruits with the foundational knowledge and skills they need to successfully engage with clients immediately after training.
Business solution: Implement a structured training program that clearly outlines the basic roles and responsibilities of Level 2 security officers across a variety of assignment contexts. The training will also ensure that recruits understand and comply with applicable rules and state laws, equipping them to perform their duties confidently, legally, and effectively from day one.
Highlights: Offers recruits scenario based location examples and step-by-step actions to take to reslove the examples.
Process: This training addresses how state laws impact security guard protocol.
