This course is designed to empower sales associates with the product knowledge and customer service skills they need to confidently advise customers and deliver exceptional service—even when faced with challenging interactions. Through practical training and real-world scenarios, associates will learn how to understand and communicate product features and benefits, tailor recommendations to customer needs, handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, and build trust and loyalty through expert guidance.

This course is designed to give new Level 2 security guard recruits a valuable head start by introducing them to the types of locations they may be assigned to and the common situations they are likely to encounter on the job. Through realistic scenarios and site-specific insights, recruits will gain familiarity with various work environments (e.g., retail, corporate, industrial, residential), awareness of typical incidents, confidence in responding appropriately and professionally to real-world challenges, and a foundation for delivering effective security services with vigilance and integrity.
